Can anyone do this program?

The Sports Performance Training Program is perfect for anyone who is in high school or above (ages 13+). If you are younger or less experienced you still can do this program, but you may need to do bodyweight exercises.

The program consists of 3 phases with varying days. The first phase consists of 3 days of the main program per week while the second and third phase consist of 4. On the days off we prescribe rest, cardio, and/or mobility. or simply to play sports.

How long is the program?

Each phase consists of 3 working weeks followed by a deload week (or max week for the last one). The first phase focuses on Eccentric movements, the second on Isometric movements, and the third on Concentric movements.
